About ten years ago I heard a Native American musical group on radio and ever since I have wanted to buy their tape/CD.
All I can remember from the broadcast that they used lots of sounds of nature, like sounds of wolfs, water . . . . . I also remember an elderly men chanting to one of the songs. It was so beautiful and breathtaking.
If anyone can point me to the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. If I could give you all my points for the title of the group or musicians I would do it in a hart bit, this music is would it all. Please help.
Thank you in advance,
-J
Who can help me find the name of this Native American musicians?
Hmmmm....
A Native band that is 10 years old that has sounds of nature in it?
Kashtin fits that description. They aren't together anymore BUT you can listen to a couple of their songs at http://www.myspace.com/kashtinquebec
IF that isn't the band you are trying to remember you can go to http://www.myspace.com/nagamowin and browse the Native Singers there. There are a lot of them and there's lots of good music and a few songs on each page.
Here are some other singers it might be....
Robbie Robertson - http://www.myspace.com/robbierobertson42...
Bill Miller - http://www.myspace.com/billmillerofficia...
Reply:Here are few suggestions -J,
