Changing my middle name from cody to cherokee. i am native american what do u think?

of a native american with the middle name cody it kinda bothers me i know of iron eyes cody but he wasnt real and what bothers me is that buffalo bill guy. i havent talked with my parents at all about it yet but im thinking of changing it to cherokee like cherokee parks. it would still be same letter and represnt who i really am.

I think you should keep Cody. You were named that for a reason. You can just go by Cherokee as a nickname.
Reply:first talk about it with your parents and see what they think, as it's your middle name i wouldn't change it, either call yourself something different (without a legal change) to see how you like it or just drop your middle name.
