I am trying to find a link that recognizes the fournier name in native american tribal history in louisiana?
Fournier is a French name, so best of luck. I'd probably look more into French immigrants who married into the Native American Indians, if the record still exists, you may be able to find it.

What some people think of as Native Americans are just a mix of Asians who came here a few k before the latest wave of Caucasians did. Before the Asians there were other peoples in the Americas, there is archaeological evidence.





The OLDEST bones found in North America are Caucasian and were found in California. They predate the Asians now incorrectly known as American Indians.
