Atian is nice. It's a Native American variation of Stephen. But Elan Atian doesn't go together very well, does it?





How about Elan Tyee? (prononced Tie-ee) Tyee means "hawk".

Edit: I think Elan is a lovely name for a boy, honestly I do. But considering your other kids' names, I don't think such a "different name" would match. Why not use Alan instead, because your other children don't have Native American names and to use one for your third child would seem weird.

Reply:Elan is French. It means "vigorous spirit or enthusiasm". It's also the name of a pharmecutical company I used to work for.





It's fine as a boy name. I have a feeling a lot of people will think you misspelled Alan, though. You can get away with a longer middle name since Elan is succinct.
