I wanted to create a great nickname on a site for myself and I brought myself the decision that I should choose a Native American name as they are so special. My name is Anna so I would love to find my Native American name if it's possible. They actually have the name "Anna" which means "Mother" but I want something different for my name. Can anyone help me?

well first of all you should realize that native americans have many different tribes and "native american" is not a language. each tribe has a different way of communicating. i am cherokee and we have a very big language and alphabet. try visiting the cherokee nation website and using the translation tool.

I have cousins with the name Anna (and they live on the reservation), so why go looking for some "exotic" name.
